1. Guests with a verified room booking will be given top priority for accommodation in the Hotel. Other Guests will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. A room booking is deemed confirmed once the Guest receives a unique booking number.
3. For non-guaranteed bookings (those not made under a contract and not paid for at least the first day), the room will be held until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. If the guest does not arrive by 6:00 pm, the booking will be cancelled and the guest will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Guests will be checked into the hotel upon presentation of the following documents:
• Internal Russian Passport,
• Internal USSR Passport, proving the identity of a Russian national, prior to its replacement with Internal Russian Passport when due;
• Birth Certificate – for a person under the age of 14 years;
• passport proving the identity of a Russian national outside the Russian Federation – for a person permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
• passport of a foreign national or other document laid down by the federal law or recognised in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a foreign national;
• document issued by a foreign state and recognised in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
• temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
• residence permit of a stateless person.
The number of passports to be presented shall match the number of Guests staying in the room.
5. At check-in, the Guest will be obliged to sign the registration card. This signature confirms the Guest's consent to the Hotel's Accommodation Policy.
6. The accommodation fee will be charged on a daily basis.*
Check-in time will be 2:00 pm local time. Early check-in before 2:00 pm will be allowed if rooms are available. In this case, the fee for stays before 2:00 pm will be charged as follows:
• for check-ins from 12:00 am to 9:00 am full day room rate will be charged;
• for check-ins from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm half day room rate will be charged.
The check-out time will be at 12:00 pm local time. Once the paid period has ended, the Guest may choose to extend their stay – provided there are rooms available. accommodation fee will be charged as follows:
• if the room is extended until 6:00 pm, a half-day rate will be charged;
• IF the room is extended past 6:00 pm, a full-day rate will be charged.
7. For stays not exceeding one full day (24 hours), a daily rate will be charged regardless of the check-out time.
8. The accommodation fee will be charged irrespective of the room type.
9. Information regarding room rates and additional services can be obtained from the reception desk.
10. All hotel rooms are equipped with mini bars. The cost of mini bar items is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately as per the price list.
11. An additional bed can be provided for a daily charge of 2,000 rubles.
12. No charge will apply to children under 7 years old sharing a room with their parents (without the provision of an extra bed).
13. The accommodation of individuals under the age of 18 in the hotel is strictly prohibited (in accordance with para. 2, Article 28 and Article 26 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
14. The hotel administration will ensure that Guests can only stay for the duration of their paid period. After the paid period has ended, Guests may extend their stay, subject to room availability.
15. The hotel can accommodate Guests with pets, subject to its pricing policy.
16. The Hotel grounds are smoke-free.
17. Guests will be required to comply
with the rules for fire safety and the use
of electrical appliances in their rooms.

18. Under the Russian law, Guests will be liable for any loss of, or damage to, hotel property and must reimburse according to the rates set by the Hotel administration. The compensation rates can be found at the reception desk.
19. Guests will be allowed to have visitors. Visitors must present an identity document at the reception desk. Failure to
comply with these rules may result in a time restriction or termination of the visitor's stay. The number of people in a room, including visitors, shall match the number of guests booked for that room category.
20. Your room comes with a metal cabinet for document storage. As the cabinet is not burglar-proof and does not serve as a safe, you may use the safe deposit box at the reception desk for storing cash and other valuables. The hotel administration will not be liable for any valuables or cash left in the metal cabinet.
21. Loud music or noise is not permitted in the Hotel from 11:00 pm to 10:00 am local time.
22. Littering or dirtying the Hotel premises and grounds is prohibited.
23. Bringing weapons (including firearms, bladed, throwing, pneumatic, gas and signal weapons, as well as
ammunition) and explosive, drug, psychotropic, toxic substances or any other weapons, substances and items into the Hotel that could endanger the lives
and health of the Hotel guests, the Hotel property and public safety is strictly prohibited.
24. Guests will be required to contact the front desk to check out. Checking out involves handing over the room to housekeeping personnel, returning the keys and paying for additional services used (if any).
25. If a guest significantly or repeatedly breaches this Policy, the Hotel Administration reserves the right to take administrative action, up to and including eviction. The Hotel reserves the right to charge the guest an additional day's stay as compensation for losses incurred due to such early departure.
